Electric Picnic 05: The Documentary
Electric Picnic: The Documentary will be broadcast on BBC2 NI on July 18th at 11.20pm.
Electric Picnic: The Documentary captures the flavour of a fresh and eccentric face on our music. The scene: The Electric Picnic Music Festival in Stradbally Hall Estate in Co. Laois…25,000 punters joined in. Filmed on nine hand-held cameras with a small crew and directed by Nick Ryan from Image Now Films, Electric Picnic:The Documentary guides the audience through the boutique festival and treats us to such delights as Kraftwerk’s first live perfomance in 12 years plus Nick Cave, Arcade Fire, Human League and Fatboy Slim and many many more…

don't remember much music from last year though... just laurent garnier on the saturday and mr. scruff on sunday. fell asleep after that and didn't wake up til half twelve when the fucking thing was over!!
i'm gonna pace myself a little better this year.
remember folks its a marathon, not a sprint!!
